Default I need a way to pull a list based on criteria a user inputs.

I work in a budget shop and I need to create a parameter based list on user
input.

I need a way to create a list based on they type of fund they select. For
example, if the user selects 001: General Fund, they see a list of
appropriations associated with this fund.

Data Example:

Fund Appn
001: General Fund 011: Salaries and Expenses
- FY 1
001: General Fund 012: Salaries and Expenses
- FY 2
001: General Fund 031: Grays Harbor Coastal
Erosion-FY1
001: General Fund 032: Grays Harbor Co
Coastal Erosion-FY 2
02V: Public Safety and Education Account 071: Washington Technology Center-FY1
02V: Public Safety and Education Account 072: Washington Technology Center-FY2
02V: Public Safety and Education Account 1H1: Food Distribution Program-FY1
02V: Public Safety and Education Account 1H2: Food Distribution Program-FY2
02V: Public Safety and Education Account 1P1: Community Serv Block Grant
Prog-FY1
