Hi all,
I am working for a reporting system that will retrieve values from multiple sheets. Each sheet contains the counts of incidents for every department. There are different types of incidents reported for example, Breakage, Spillage, Fire, Electrical or mechanical faults, etc. The counts fall into 3 ranges. Safe, Normal & Very Serious. At the end of day, I want to display all the incidents, their counts & what range (in colors, Green, Orange, RED) they fall into on the click of a button for individual departments. End of week is very near so I m speeding !!! |

No buttion clicking required. Have you considered using conditional
formating. If the vaule of you incidents is in the range you set the font will change to the specified color. No coding, nice and easy.
