Cursors and Mousepointer

Hi
On a form I use this to indicate activity
Me.MousePointer = fmMousePointerCustom
Me.MouseIcon = LoadPicture(Application.Path & "\MSN.ico")
then reset using
Me.MousePointer = fmMousePointerDefault

How can Application.Cursor = xlWait be changed to show the same?
