You may have self-protection built-in to your program.
Not many people will want to install a 90mb file on their machine. Reducing the file size should be your first objective. An Excel add-in is nothing more than a hidden workbook. You can see the list of add-ins available on your computer by going to Tools (menu) | Add-ins.
