Default Calling C++ dll in Excel 2000 / 2002

Hi,

I've created a C++ dll (with Borland CBuilder) and call it in Excel VBA.
In Excel 2000 all works OK. However in Excel 2002 the call fails with the
message "cannot find the dll".
Has anyone experience with this matter in upgrading from 2000 to 2002?

thanks in advance

Henk
