The VBA code I have found should work fine, but I don't want to overlook any better solutions which I haven't stumbled over in google. Executing SQL statements in a ADO Connection object is the way I do it. So if that's what you read, then I don't think there's anything new that you've missed. However, using Access as the front end saves a lot of coding. -- Dick |
