Default Pivot table

Not sure if you want it to refresh every time you open the workbook or not.
If so, right click on the pivot table, select "Table Options", then select
"Refresh on Open"

Default Pivot table

The Refresh Every x Minutes option is only available when the pivot
table is based on external data. If your pivot table is based on a table
in Excel, you can refresh the pivot table manually, or use programming
to refresh it when the data changes.
