I have the following scenario, dont know if its possible -

I would like a user to be able to click a button which will tell it the
information of a the next appt with a student i..e name, appt time, address -
so essentially its a faster way to find out who the next appointment is with.

so user clicks on button and message says your next appointment is with..
name, address, appt time etc. This info would come from the 'appointments'
sheet - 'forename' in colum A, 'surname' in column B, appt time in column E,
and date in column G.

is this possible?
