Default What does the WebPubli****em ID Value Represent in a Sheet's XML F

Hi Everyone;

A quick question - in the XML file of a particular sheet there is a
WebPubli****em ID value and divId value. I was wondering if anyone can tell
me if those numbers have a specific meaning, if they are randomly generated,
or if they are derived from some other data source.

Thanks!

Daniel
