I Don't want to bore you with details.
I have Excel spreadsheet which I would like to be accessed from any PC with
internet connection.
What I would like to do is to host the workbook on-line and issue logins to
selected users so that they can access it (view or change contents depending
on login rights).
My question to you is: what software/hardware do I need to host the
spreadsheet on-line and manage it also allowing me to assign logins to users?
I found online solutions (like Google Docs) to have certain restrictions -
like size of the file - which in my case exeeds 5MB.
I would really appreciate your help.

Excel is not a good choice for this type of application. I won't bore you
with details but suffice it to say that XL will be an uphill battle with lots
of restrictions.
