Copying out corresonding values

Hello, hope you can help!

I have two sheets that contain many thousands of compared MD5 values. I
need to be able to compare each sheet and then copy out the file name and MD5
value to a new sheet.

Sounds simple to those who know, I'm sure but I'm struggling a bit here!
