Default Add Column at the end with concatenate formula

Hi,

I have multiple worksheets within my workbook where the number of columns
vary. I need to add a column at the end and then concatenate the columns
FirstName and LastName which are not always in the same column for each
worksheet. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could do this?

Thank you

Dave
