The Requirement:
I am trying to protect a sheet and some cells that I do not want thee
regular users to write in but need to write to those cells with VBA code.

The Problem:
I can sometimes write to those cells with VBA without having to unprotect
the sheet first but some times (or on other PC's) the code fails to write to
the same cells.

I can adjust the code to always unprotect but wonder why it works sometimes
and not other?

Can someone please provide some insight!
