Default Exists similar function to the PROC but that it returns the super

I am using office 2007.
I wanted to know if exists a similar function to the PROC but when didn't
find the value intended,
it returns to the superior value and not it inferior value, as the PROC
makes.
If don't exist as I will be able to make?
