Existe uma funÃ§Ã£o parecida Ã* PROC mas que devolva o valor superior

Estou a usar o office 2007. E queria saber se existe uma funÃ§Ã£o parecida Ã*
PROC mas que quando nÃ£o encontrar o valor pretendido, devolva o valor
superior aquele que queriamos e nÃ£o o valor inferior, como a PROC faz? Se nÃ£o
existir como poderei fazer?
