Hi all, I have a report and i need to insert a row at a number to be given by
the user but i need the new row if put in at the bottem of the list to take on the format of the row above it, any help would be appreciated. -- Les |

Hi, i have managed this by just copying the top lime and past special format

Hi Les,
I would highlight the desired row, then copy. Select where you want the row to be inserted, then use "Paste Special" instead of paste. Select the "Format" radio button. See if it helps.
