Default Locking Cells

How do you lock individual Cells so that user input cannot change it, BUT
it can change itself depending on Calculations from another cell on another
Sheet?

thx

Default Locking Cells

Simply protect the sheet and the cell will update if the inputs to the
formula in it change but you wont be able to change it manually.

To leave other cells on the sheet un-protected, select them and then
format|cells|protection
remove the locked chackmark
