Default format

TEXT is a spreadsheet function and not supported (directly) within VBA.
While it is possible to make use of the spreadsheet functions within VBA,
there is a time penalty for the interaction. However, VBA does have a Format
function which will do similar things to the TEXT function. Lots of options
available, so you should check out the help files (and be sure to look as
the "See Also" links as the information is spread out in the help files
among several topics).

Range("A1").Value = "Test " & Format(Range("A11").Value, "0.0%") & " eggs"
