Default Convert NumberFormat to System.Type

Hi, all,

I have problem about cell's format. How to know a cell's format is DateTime?
I use cell.NumberFormat, it can return many types, such as "[$-F800]dddd,
mmmm dd, yyyy".

Thanks,
-Andrew
