Spreadsheet Component

I have some VBA applications that used the spreadsheet component in Excel
2003's control toolbox.

I recently upgraded to Excel 2007, and now these applications are broken.
I'm unable to find the spreadsheet component listed in the Tools:Additional
Controls.
I tried the Microsoft DataGrid Control 6.0, but am unable to add it to my
project because "it is not properly licensed". (Why is it included in the
selection, then?)

Any suggestions or workarounds would be appreciated.
