Default Custom List

Thanks for any help.
This is on Custom List which I know how to create, my question is, Is
there a way to name a custom list? What I want to do is create a time
schedule starting at 7:00 and go from there every 15 minuntes till
6:30, then make another custom list starting at 7:00 and go from there
every 14 minuntes till 6:30. This is just an example. Some times in
both list may have the 1st hour or so at the same times.
Thanks again
Bob
