Default Allow Edit doesn't forget

Hi,
I post this:

http://groups.google.com/group/micro...06fe56e4e0d5d6

on the normal excel group, but perhaps perhaps the answer lies in
working with the cells programatically?

In short, an editable range remains editable on locking the worksheet,
even after I have deleted that range.

Thanks
