Print 2-Up
I have a list, let's say it is a list of 44,000 names. I wish to print them
"2-Up" which means print Name #1-40 on the left side of page 1 and then print #41-80 on the right side of page 1. Then on page 2 print 81-120 on the left and 121-160 on the right side of the page. I think you get the picture. Is there an "easy" way to do this? I know I could write a macro to place the data in that manner but I would prefer not to do if a print 2-up solution is available. Thanks... |

Print 2-Up
There is no facility in Excel to allow the two column down and up style
printing. You would have to copy your file to a text file in Word or Notebook to arrange it in the sequence you want it to print and then set the print parameters from those programs.
