I have a list, let's say it is a list of 44,000 names. I wish to print them
"2-Up" which means print Name #1-40 on the left side of page 1 and then print
#41-80 on the right side of page 1. Then on page 2 print 81-120 on the left
and 121-160 on the right side of the page. I think you get the picture. Is
there an "easy" way to do this? I know I could write a macro to place the
data in that manner but I would prefer not to do if a print 2-up solution is
available. Thanks...

There is no facility in Excel to allow the two column down and up style
printing. You would have to copy your file to a text file in Word or
Notebook to arrange it in the sequence you want it to print and then set the
print parameters from those programs. The reference from the other Mike
explains how to do the Word process.
