Default Copy data onto new workbook and move onto next lot of data

Hi,
Help! I have very little experience with macros.
I have a questionairre with 5 options to each question, when the option is
clicked, the results save onto sheet 2. I need to create a button that will:

At the end of the questionairre, copy the results from sheet2 to another
workbook called "Pulse check" onto a worksheet called "Jamie" onto the next
available line so the previous data is not overwritten.
I also need the button to move onto the next available line on Sheet2 so the
original data is not overwritten when the next questionairre is done and then
to reset the option buttons ready for the next person to complete the
questionairre.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Michael.
