Default Help with formula

I need to write a formula that calculates quarter for dates i.e.

if cell D3 12/31/2006 and <4/1/2007 then "Q1" and so on till Q4.

Al, try this: ="Q" & ROUNDUP(MONTH(D3)/3,0)
