How do I get this on a form? I went to the link and it stated how to put it
in an excel spreadsheet.

Scroll down to bottom of page where it says "More Information" and

"See also this page if you want the Calendar control on a user form."

Click the link.

Not unless you want to lose some of the form.

ViewProperties Window and play with Height and Width and PictureSizeMode.

You may squeeze it a tiny bit smaller.

It is only 150 pixels by 150 pixels so how much smaller would you want?
