Default assigning tasks to users

Hi, I've put together a bit of code that assigns tasks to users in their
Outlook tasks folder. However, there is also a requirement to monitor whether
these tasks have been completed or even accepted, but I won't necessarily be
the person running the scripts to check this out. When the taks are created,
copies are saved in my Outlook tasks folder automatically, and this is where
I can check if the tasks have been completed by the user, as Outlook flags my
copy of the tasks once the users mark theirs as complete. What I'd like to do
though is store the copies of the tasks in Public Folders so anyone can run
the code that reports on unassigned and completed work. Any ideas anyone?
