Default Excel DCOM Identity

Hello

I cannot explain the following and was wondering if somebody could help.

If I change the Identity setting of Excel (using dcomcnfg.exe) to "This
User" and enter the user/passcode of an administrator, the on opening Excel I
get the error Cannot use Object Linking and Embedding.

However, if I set the Identity to "The lauching User" and login as the
administrator, all is fine.

I am using Vista with Excel 2007. This issue does not occur on XP with
Excel 2007.
