Default Open .net form from Excel VBA

What i have is an excel session that is opened from a
..Net program. I have a commandbar in Excel that
calls a VBA properties form. In the VBA there is one form, in
the .Net there is a different properties form. I need to have
the .Net version of the form opened from the excel commandbar...
I am trying to figure out how to do this. Do you know if it is
possible?
Thnx much,
Howard
