Email file properties via command button

Im a little stuck so hope someone can help.

I want to be able to generate an email from a command button where the file
properties are emailed directly to a user.

Within the message body, I want the email to show details such as the
workbook name, file path/location, version number etc.

Thanks in advance for your help.
