Default change column fill color

Dear all,

I have a simple issue. There are 200 tabs in one excel file. I want to
change the current tab column fill color(gray-25%) to new column fill
color(light yellow). Because the gray column is no constent rule,
separate in all the cell, I am thinking whether there is a way to
write a macro to just change all of the column fill color?

Thanks

Vincent
