Default Office 2003 Buttons Invisable on a seperate computer

i created a program in Excel 03 that has buttons to move to the correct
pages. i have ran the program on at least 10 computers and all the buttons
are visable. i have ran in to one that the buttons are not. i am sure it is a
setting on the one computer. it is not the Macro security, but i do not know
what other settings i can try? help please?
