Default How to use excel form in VS2005

Hi,

I'm trying to use a pre formatted workbook, in which I want to fill some
cells with data from an SQL table, open up the forms for the user to enter
more data, then printout the results.

I can fill the cells with the table data, but am having the following
problems.

1. Saving the original workbook, WITHOUT the added data.

2. showing the workbook with the additional data, so the user can add other
information, then print out the result.

3. Saving the workbook to a small business server, conditional on one cell
containing specific data.

Using excelApplication.Visible = True shows the workbook only for a
millisecond, but will not wait for data entry. I had some partial success
with a macro "BeforeClose', but cannot seem to replicate it.

Hoping for help.
