Default how to hyperlink to different files as per my choice from a list

I wanted to select from a list. when an item is selected form the list, it
should hyperlink to a file.
How do i go about it?
Please help.

Default how to hyperlink to different files as per my choice from a list

The obvious answer is to create a hyperlink from the list item to the file
path. The how to do it depends on how the list is presented to the user and
if the file path is known. The easy method is where the list is in the cells
of a column or row. You would right-click on the cell and select Hyperlink.
From the dialog box, browse to where the file is located, select the file
and a hyperlink is created right in the cell.
