Default Data Validation Question

In cell $E$72 I have a data validation drop down list allowing the user to
select "blank" or 1% -10%. However if cell$D$15 reads "Affiliate" I want
cell $E$72 to default to " " or Blank. How can I do this?

Default Data Validation Question

I am using the list feature. Cell $E$72 is set up to allow the user to
select either blank or anywhere from 1% - 10%. However, if someone selects
"Affiliate" from the list in cell $D$15, I want cell $E$72 to default to
blank.
