Default Warning Message while using VBA to code

I keep getting this message when I work in VBA. I've tried to change
my privacy settings via the Trust center but keep getting this
message.

Privacy Warning: this document contains macros, ActiveX controls, XML
expansion pack information, or web components. These may include
personal information that cannot be removed by the document inspector.

If anyone could help with this, even as to why it is appearing that
would be great!

Thanks
Matt
