Default retrieve info from email

Is it possible to retrieve info from Outlook 2003 using Excel 2003.
For example I will need a button that will search in my outlook for the word
"Data update" in the subject of my emails and then copy the contenent of this
text email to cell A4 in Excel.

ANy idea?
