Default Embedded Worksheet in Excel

I have an embedded worksheet in excel that I want to open by pressing
a button in the main excel file. Any Clue How to do this??

I don't know what an embedded worksheet is.

Which version of excel are you using?

Which operating system?

Default Embedded Worksheet in Excel

-EXCEL 2003

-WINDOWS XP

I embedded the worksheet in excel the same way that you would do this
in word, by going to insert object and creating it from a file.
