Color in Cells without Showing Up in Print
Does anyone know of a good method for shading Excel cells so that they
appear shaded with color on the screen, but will never be the type of shading which would print the color? I want to shade some cells, but never want the color to print regardless of how the user goes about printing the document. Thank you, Coby. |

Haven't tried this out, but could you use the "BeforePrint" Workbook event to log all of the cells, with color, clear them, then after printing, restore the colors?
