Default Print to PDF file in Excel or Access

I am trying to convert .ps file to .pdf file using GSView.

How to do it in VB code or DOS command? When I tried the command line
option 'gsview32 /F filename.ps', the system prompted the output file
name in a dialog box. Is there an option to suppress this and assign
the output file name programmatically ?
