Default Programming an excel workbook to work in Word (not a programmer)

I am pretty good at computers however definately not a programmer. I am
trying to figure out how to take certain cell information in Excel and make
it insert automatically in a microsoft word template or other office template
I have the new Office 2007 so if it's possible I should have the
resources..... ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Thanks
