Default Setting worksheet properties

Protect the structure of the workbook.

Tools|Protection|Protect workbook

No renaming sheets, no inserting of sheets, no moving of sheets.

But this protection can be broken by anyone who really wants to break it.

Does this also prevent copying sheets to another workbook?
Thanks!

Default Setting worksheet properties

What happens when you tried it via Edit|move or copy sheet?

What happens if you just select the range (all the cells) and do edit|copy and
Edit|Paste?
