The exact same as me - version 2002 (10.6832.6830) SP3

You and this user may have different Microsoft XML versions, so I was curios
whether you might have different Excel versions.

Anyway, this particular user could run Contol Panel's Add or Remove Programs
applet to check if they have any version of Microsoft XML installed. If they
have version 6 installed, then I'm not sure why the reference to it in the
workbook you developed isn't working. The only thing I could think of would
be different pathnames for %SYSTEMROOT%, C:\Windows and C:\WINNT, on your
respective machines. If that's the case, you're at an impass until all
machines have exactly the same configuration.

If they don't have Microsoft XML v6, then they'd need it installed. OTOH, if
they have an earlier version installed, and that earlier version were the
company standard, then you're going to need to redo the workbook to use an
earlier, standard version or convince your IT department to upgrade everyone
to v6.
