Default Macro to create a schedule

Hello,
Maybe I need a macro to do this or maybe not, as long as it works it doesn't
really matter :)

Here's the scenario:

There are 5 people on a team and these 5 people cover 5 different shifts:

8:00-4:00
8:30-4:30
9:00-5:00
10:00-6:00
11:00-7:00

One of these people, Marta, has to work one of the first 3 shifts every 3rd
week (ie. week of Sept. 3rd, then week of Sept. 24th, Oct. 15th and so on).
So for the week of Sept. 3rd, the schedule could look like this:

Marta 8:00-4:00
Greg 8:30-4:30
Joe 9:00-5:00
Marla 10:00-6:00
Paul 11:00-7:00

Is there a way to create this schedule without typing in each person's name
over and over again. Each week is on a different worksheet.

TIA,
Marta (the one that has to work the early shifts every 3rd week :)
