Default Let the user select a range from a window

I need som code that will let the user open a winform inside Excel. Once
open he has to select several ranges that is used as input. Very smilar to
the way the build-in chart wizard works.
So the user click on a botton and the window becomes small.
He then select a range and click on a small button on the now small window
The window goes back to the normal size and the result is shown in a textbox

Is there a component that can do that or can anyone show me a bit of code
(C#) that can

Thanks Torben
