Default Display caption on Mouse Over

I have a dashboard (Excel 2000 worksheet) that has command buttons on it that
pull up a template for the user to view. What I'd like to do is display a
caption that briefly describes the template when the mouse if over the
command button similar to the buttons on a toolbar (when you put your mouse
over the save button, it will say "Save" in a little box next to the mouse).
Can this be done?

Thanks!
