I am trying to pull a cell value with VBA program. The program pulls all
numeric values in "Sheet1" with one exception, column 'Q' is populated with
an alpha character and is not populating to an Access mdb table. I have
tried many fixes to the VBA code with no success. Here are some examples of
the code being used.

The following code is the sub proceedure that populates the "Sheet1" into
the Access mdb table.

Can someone provide some possible solutions to this delema.
