Default ADODB.Connection not displaying when defining a variable

I am trying to use VBA to connect to SQL Server, I am currently running
Office 2003 when I type in Dim Conn as the list of objects appear, but I do
not see the ADODB with in the list

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
