Default Macro to autofilter current month

I have a column(AN) that has the month name in it..(JAN,FEB, etc.) and a
column with total admits(AI) in it. How would I create a macro that would
autofilter by -does not equal 0(AI), and the current month(AN)? I could
record the macro, but wasn't sure how to edit it to filter for the 'current'
month.
