Default Ideas for "linking" rows for printing.

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet with multiple sub-headings. The content under each
sub-heading will vary in length based on a sereis of variables. What is the
best way to "link" the content to the sub-heading to keep it on the same page
when printing?
